The Coolum Institute’s free Monday night Psychodrama Club nights open the door. Psychodrama Sundays give us room to walk through it. Over a longer, unhurried morning, a small group of 6-12 people has time for the deeper work: one or two people step into their own story as the protagonist, while everyone else lends a hand by playing roles, witnessing, and sharing what the work stirs in them.

Each Sunday starts fresh, so you’re welcome at any of them. You don’t need acting experience, and you’ll never be asked to do more than you choose. Supporting someone else’s drama is often just as powerful as being in the centre. If you’re new to psychodrama, a short intake form is part of booking, so we both know it’s a good fit.

Sunday 18 October – The Roles We Play
Which roles serve you, which are worn out, and which are waiting to be born?

Sunday 22 November – The People Who Shaped Us
Step into the relationships that made you, and give voice to what was left unsaid.

Sunday 13 December – Endings, Gifts & New Beginnings
Close the year with intention: honour what’s ending and claim what you carry forward into the new year.

When: Sundays 10am–1pm · 18 Oct, 22 Nov & 13 Dec 2026
Where: Coolum Lions Club, 15 Russell St, Coolum Beach
Cost: $100 per workshop · all three for $270 · Psychodrama Club members $85 when booked by 11 October
Includes: Tea, coffee & biscuits

Each workshop runs with a minimum of 6. If numbers fall short, you’ll receive a full refund or a transfer to another date.

Facilitated by Dr Patrick Pheasant · Counsellor & Founder, The Coolum Institute
